Do you really come to our office?
Yes — that’s the whole idea. I bring a complete mobile studio (lighting, backdrops, reflector, and a tethered tablet) to your workplace anywhere in Los Angeles and Southern California. Travel within the greater LA area is included; locations farther out are quoted with a small travel fee.
How long does each person take?
Just a few minutes each once we’re set up. Your team rotates through between meetings, so a group of 10–20 is typically photographed in a couple of hours with no disruption to the workday.
We can’t get everyone in one room at the same time — is that a problem?
Not at all — that’s the whole point of on-site. People come over one at a time as they’re free, between calls and meetings; a simple drop-in or sign-up sheet works, and I make sure no one’s missed. Out that day or a new hire later? I top them up on a return visit with the identical setup.
What’s the turnaround, and how many photos do we get?
Each person selects their favorite live during the session — and that one image is professionally retouched and delivered within 3 business days. One retouched final per person is included; additional retouched images are available on request.
What do we need to provide?
Very little — a small room or quiet corner, roughly 8×8 ft, with a standard power outlet. I bring everything else, including both backdrops and all lighting.
What should the team wear?
Solid, brand-aligned colors photograph best. Once you book, I send a simple prep guide so everyone shows up camera-ready — and I help with posing and small adjustments on the day.
Why not AI headshots or just use a good phone?
Both look like a shortcut — and in a business built on trust, that’s the wrong impression. AI headshots land in the “almost, but not quite human” zone: something feels off, and that quietly costs you trust. Phone snaps give you the mismatched look we’re fixing. A real shoot gives you consistent, genuinely you photos that hold up on your site, LinkedIn, and in front of a client.
Is there a team-size minimum?
On-site founding-client pricing applies to teams of 5 or more. Have a larger company or multiple locations? Mention it in your quote request and I’ll tailor a plan.
We have 50+ people or multiple offices — can you handle that?
Yes — large teams are exactly what the on-site setup is built for. For bigger headcounts I plan throughput in advance (added stations or days as needed), help you set up time-slot scheduling by department, and keep everyone moving so the workday isn’t disrupted. Multiple locations are no problem — just note the offices and dates in your quote request.
How does our HR or marketing team receive the photos?
Organised — not a dumped folder. Each person’s final retouched image is named by employee and delivered in a tidy gallery, sorted by department or alphabetically, with both a web version (LinkedIn, website, email signatures) and a high-res version (print, press). Consistent crop and background across the whole team.
How do we book, and is a deposit required?
