1. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you submit our quote form, email, or call us, we collect your name, company name, email, phone number, and any details you share about your request (team size, location, dates, and your message).

Your photographs

When we photograph you or your team, we create and store images that may identify you. A photograph that identifies a person is personal information, and we treat it that way.

Information collected automatically

When you browse the site, we collect basic technical data through cookies — such as device and browser type, IP address, approximate location, the pages you view, and how you arrived (including from our ads).

2. Your photographs & image rights

This is the part that matters most for a photography business:

• Your session photographs may be shown in our portfolio, on this website, on social media, and in our advertising to demonstrate our work — unless you ask us not to.
• You can opt out at any time. Just email us, and we will stop using your images in our marketing and remove them from materials we control going forward.
• The full terms of how your images are used, licensed, and delivered are set out in the photography agreement (and any release) you sign before a session. If anything here conflicts with that agreement, the agreement controls.
• Finished images are delivered through a secure online gallery, and originals are kept in protected storage.

3. Cookies & analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site and understand how it’s used. The analytics tools on this site are:

• Google Analytics & Google Ads — website analytics and measuring the performance of our Google ads.
• Meta (Facebook) Pixel — measures and improves the ads we run on Facebook and Instagram.
• Yandex.Metrika — website usage and visitor statistics.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, and manage ad personalization in your Google Ads settings and Meta ad preferences. Some parts of the site may not work properly if cookies are disabled.

We keep your contact details and your photographs for as long as needed to deliver and support our work, keep business records, and meet legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. Retention of your final images is also covered by your photography agreement.

7. Data security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information and your images. No method of storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your privacy rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, opt out of having your images used in our marketing, or stop non-essential communications. To make a request, just email us.

9. Children

Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
